Come as your favorite Winter Olympic sport or Olympic athlete.  Anyone have a toboggan?

Let the games begin with registering through our Eventbrite online registration site.  You must be a current member so if you have doubts about your status, contact Millie Chmiel, Guild Membership Chair.  Be sure to complete each box.  For example, if you have no food allergies, enter the word None in that box.

 The cost of the retreat includes your meals.  Cost is $125 per night for a semi-private room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and $115 for Sunday night and $165 for a private room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and $155 for Sunday night.  (It’s called “peak pricing.”) You can register for two, three or even four nights. 

 If you want a semi-private room, grab a QWS friend for a roommate.  And when you register, tell us who the lucky person will be.. You will need to give us the name of your room mate when you register at the Eventbrite site.

 The due date for your $50 deposit is the December QWS meeting.  You can pay Mary Mahoney at a QWS meeting or mail a check to her directly – 1304 South Pine Lake Dr, Tampa 33612.  The remainder will be due at the QWS meeting on January 13th.  Dayspring requires us to send them a final count by January 25th so paying on-time will assure you of your place at the retreat.
