Save The Date For our December Holiday Mini Retreat

Friday December 11th & Saturday December 12th the QWS Mini Retreat is being held at the Maureen B Gauzza Public Library (in Westchase) 11211 Country Way Blvd, Tampa FL 33626. 10:00am until 5:45pm both days.  There is a $5.00 signup, fee (cash), this will help cover the cost of the library at $25 a day to have any food in the room assuming we get 17 participants, and some of the food cost. 

If you're sure you are coming, please let Shirley or Margaret know to hold your spot.  We will send you a confirmation. 

The room is only equipped with 17 tables, so we will have a signup sheet at the Nov meeting. 

We can leave our sewing space set up overnight since the room will be locked. Also, if you have a personal table, feel free to bring it. 

There will be a cutting station but bring your own rulers and rotary cutter. We will also have several ironing stations. 

We will have some fun door prizes, maybe a game and there’s always lots of laughter & conversation. 

We are going try and do something for lunch each day, but more on that later. Feel free to bring sweet or salty to share. If you have a suggestion for lunch, please let us know or if you have a food allergy.
