QWS Annual Quilt Retreat at DaySpring

This year's theme is A 50s Sock Hop, and Mary says Elvis will be in the building, so plan a fun costume and get in the mood for a fun time.

***Please note – we will be in the retreat house which sleeps 20. There are no private rooms. There are 5 double rooms upstairs and 5 double rooms downstairs. There is no elevator.
If you are able to go upstairs, please choose that option and save the downstairs for those who truly have difficulty managing stairs.

Due to a change in DaySpring’s policy of when the final count must be submitted, registration will end and final payment due on the date of the December, 2017 guild meeting.

Cancellation on or before December 15th:

Full refund minus deposit Cancellation December 16th and after:

If space is filled, either from wait list or recruitment by cancelling member: full refund minus registration deposit.
If unable to fill spot, no refund.
